PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL SCALE: VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY STUDY

چکیده
Yürütülen çalışmanın amacı, iş güvenliği uzmanlarının psikolojik sermaye düzeylerini ölçebilecek, geçerliği ve güvenirliği saptanmış bir ölçme aracı elde etmektir. İstanbul ilinde çalışmakta olan 155 uzmanı katılımcı, örneklem grubunu teşkil etmektedir. çalışmada, veri toplama olarak kullanılan Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ile katılımcılardan edilen veriler, SPSS AMOS programları analiz edilmiştir. yapı bakımından faktör analizi incelenmiş olup, yapılan açımlayıcı neticesinde, ölçeğin 4 boyutlu orijinal yapısının korunmadığı öz yeterlilik, dayanıklılık iyimserlik boyutlarının dahil olup umut boyutunun olmadığı 3 geçerlik uyum iyiliği değerlerini sağladığı görülmüştür.
